Born in Sulzbach, OberPfalz, Bayeren. Son of Georg Dallas and Elisabeth N.N.
1914: works with the Friedrich Schnock firm in Shanghai, China. Joins the Tsingtau militia as marine artillerist in the 2nd Company. Interned by the Japanese.
Upon release he is offered the option to join the police in the Netherlands East Indies but joins the Bataviasche Petroleum Company in Balik Papan (1922).
On 12 November 1924 he marries to Marie Louise Meijer.
In 1935 he is registered at Laan Trivelli 9, Batavia. Interned since May 1940 and deported in January 1942. Drowned.
