Franz Fritz Becker

Victim | 1892 | Dance teacher

Born in Germany. Escaped to NEI, away from the Nazi regime. He was officially stripped from his German citizenship and registered as "stateless" in the Neterlands East Indies.

He established himself as dance teacher in Batavia (Jakarta).
